All facility requests must first be approved for the church calendar. If your event involves ticket sales or the collection of money, Finance Committee approfal is needed as well.

Describe the activity/event (on church grounds or offsite; selling items such as tickets, Christmas trees, bake sale, car wash, etc.)
Estimated expenses and timing of payment (to be covered by proceeds from the event, not from the church operating budget)

If a table is needed for a Sunday morning, with no involvement of money, Trustee Committee approval is still required.
